Our hearts go out to all the people affected by the flooding from Austin to Wimberly and Blanco, and Houston,Texas. Mother Nature hasn’t read our car bumper slogan- Don’t Mess with Texas.

There are a few apps I likel that can help with these chores.
I get fonts from:
1. Dafont –
dafont.com tops my list as the best place to find free fonts online and after you spend a few minutes there you’ll see that’s because the process of finding and getting the font couldn’t be simpler from beginning to end.
dafont.com also makes previewing and downloading the free font of your choice is quick and easy.
2. FontSpace –
What really sets FontSpace apart from the other free font websites is their list of the top thousand most popular fonts, the ability to preview multiple fonts at once, and the quick process of downloading your chosen font
3. Font Squirrel –
All the free fonts at Font Squirrel are free for personal uses as well as commercial use. So if you are looking for a free font to use commercially, you’ll know that any font you find here is a safe bet.
Come to class and see the difference between a great font and word art which is really in an image format .png.
If you are having specific problems with your iPhone or Android we are having one on one classes. You ask and the instructor will help you directly. Great chance to get custom help.
Lightroom has a new update version 6. and Photodex Pro Show Producer and Pro Show Gold have a new version as well, version 7. We use both of these software in class and they seem popular, easy to learn and produce results. Check out their websites and see if you need an upgrade.
Recently our family went on vacation to Europe and the phone was our constant companion for photo taking. It fits in your pocket or purse and the resolution can rival any point and shoot. When we got off ship, there was an internet Wi-Fi hookup always available so our family and friends could follow our trail and see that we were safe. I guess I have to confess that it has become my new best friend. It found the best restaurant in Barcelona- 9 Reinas, highly recommend it.
